I168A/B is a first-floor, end-unit (end unit next to pool), walkout to the beach. Sit on the private patio and enjoy the luxury of an ocean front property, steps from the sand and surf.

• If you rent directly from the resort you will be required to buy their all-inclusive package. By renting from us you are entitled to our reduced owner rates. Owners and their guests (including you as a renter from us) have the flexibility to decline the all-inclusive package altogether. You can also book six days AI and get the seventh day free.

Note: With the exchange rate now about 18.5 pesos to the US$ you can dine in Playa del Carmen, or even Cancun if you want, at dozens of excellent restaurants at fast food prices. Unless you want to dine at the resort for every meal, why pay the all inclusive fee to do that when you can pay for just when you actually do eat there, and still have the flexibility to enjoy great meals out? We go to Playa often to dine while we are at the Haciendas (even for breakfast). And we will be happy to provide you with a list of the restaurants we think are worth your time to visit.
