NOTE: Normally the all-inclusive plan is mandatory, but by renting directly from a Royal Resorts member it becomes optional.

Beachfront penthouse villas are larger than regular units. Suite portion of villa includes master BR with king-sized bed, special sitting area with two chairs and ottomans, large closet with electronic safe, extra storage area for luggage, large tile bathroom with twin sinks/granite countertops/large walk-in shower, large fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, living room with 2 twin-sized pull-down Murphy beds, large deck with jetted hot tub, chaise lounges, and table/chairs.

Lock-off bedroom portion has two double beds, tile bathroom with twin sinks and granite countertops, large closet with electronic safe, small private deck with table and chairs, and limited kitchen with medium-sized frig, microwave oven, coffee-maker, sink, dishes, and silverware.

Free use of kayaks, snorkel gear, golf clubs, and tennis gear. Free bicycles can now be checked out for rides on 5th Avenue all the way to downtown Playa del Carmen.

Shuttle available to Playa del Carmen for shopping, entertainment, local culture, and ferry to Cozumel.

Daily maid service, except Sunday.
