This is a second floor unit in an ideal location in Phase II. The resort is an all-inclusive resort, but it is not mandatory when you rent from an owner. If you prefer all-inclusive you can purchase the package when you check-in. An owner loan will be provided from the resort before payment is required giving you security that your rental transaction is legitimate.
