Week 17

The Royal Sea Aquarium is a 30 unit private resort located on the beautiful island of Curacao. The Sea Aquarium is located next to the property and admission is free to all staying at the resort. The unit faces the ocean and pool. These properties were purchased separately. The one bedroom villa (C107A) and lock-off (C107B) can be purchased as one or separately. There are 2 pools, a hot tub and a private beach on site. Resort highlights:

- Free shuttle to supermarket and downtown Willemstad.
- Restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the resort.
- Scuba diving and snorkeling available on site.
- Family friendly environment.

The sale will be handled by Pan Am Servicing located in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Asking price for one bedroom villa is $5,000, lock-off $2,000. Buyer responsible for closing fees which includes escrow and title transfers.
