Rental Procedures: I am an owner at Grand Californian and the reservation is currently in my name. A 20% deposit is required upfront and remainder of payment is required 48 hours after we sign a standard rental contract (to protect both parties) and I transfer the reservation in your name. You will be able to confirm the reservation is in your name by linking to your Disney World app. Payments accepted through Zelle or Paypal (friends and family).
