57000 RCI points at Tree Tops Resort in Gatlinburg, TN

This resort is on the outskirts of Gatlinburg. It is a beautiful setting with Roaring Creek running through the property. Access to pools, hot tubs, on site activities, laundry facilities, outdoor grills, and covered parking. My family loved strolling the streets of Gatlinburg, visiting Cades Cove, the Aquarium, Ober Gatlinburg, the antique shops, picnics on the creeks and walking the nature trails. There is just so much to do in and around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that there is no time for boredom.
I am asking $500 but am willing to negotiate. It is 57000 RCI points for a 2 BR/2 Bath that sleeps 6. The deeded unit is 611N for week 40 (1st week of October). The maintenance fees are $705.
I wish to sell because it is no longer feasible for me to use it.
