Great summer week in the Colorado Rockies

3 bedroom condo, week 25 in late June, in Frazier/Winter Park CO with fantastic views and lots of fun things to do. Twin Rivers is a condo complex with half the units fully owned and half time share. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, of the Perry building, and the deck faces east and overlooks the Frazier River and a walking path into Frazier. The living area, kitchen, bath, and master bedroom (with newer queen bed) and a second bedroom (with 2 twin beds) are on the 2nd floor with a full size bed and pull out couch on the 3rd floor. with upstairs bath We've comfortably slept 6 adults and could have had 8. The unit is not luxurious but clean and very well equipped for a fun week in the mountains. We've loved going to CO at this time of the summer as there is still snow on the mountains and flowing streams, lots of wildflowers blooming, warmer temps and yet not crowded, and the ski resort is open for chair lift rides and activities. The location is ideal as the it's a short drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, and about 90 minutes to Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge area. Winter Park is accessed via Berthoud Pass off highway 70. We've owned this since 2003 and have enjoyed a number of wonderful vacations here. Because this is a 3 bedroom unit, it has traded well with Interval and we have travelled extensively all over the country, often into Marriott or similar places.
Our board has managed reserve funds well and has been committed to maintaining and updating the complex, while keeping our yearly maintenance fees very manageable. Twin Rivers is managed by Alderwood Advantage, and trading within their resorts is also possible. All 2026 maintenance fees are paid.
We are getting older and are needing to downsize. We don't travel as much as we used to and sadly don't tolerate the altitude well anymore. We don't need to make any profit from it - we'd just like to pass this property along to someone who wants to enjoy it as we have.
