Triennial Florida unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath lockout

This is a deeded week, converted to points, you get points every year even though it's a triennial.Kids are grown & we are no longer using it, so we gave uup our RCI membership.YOu can haver it as an RCI points property, use the deeded week every 3 years without RCI membership, or trade it through other TS exchange programs. It was purchased in 2011 and is deeded as building 10 unit 603 week 41, check in day is Saturday. Maintenance fees are current and are paid every 3 years, are due on January 1st. They are billed in October the year prior & will next be due Jan 1, 2029. I have all paperwork from our purchase, including services from Timeshare Closing Services for your review. In contacting Vacation Village resorts, I was informed that the only items needed to transfer the unit to a new owner are $23 and a quit claim deed properly filled out, which I will pay for. Should the buyer require the services of a closing company or title insurance, they will be responsible for those costs.
