This is a sleeps 8, 2 BR lockout units A & B. With fixed weeks ownership, owner is able to deposit both units separately with RCI. Please note, the stated maintenance fee represents 2026 year as 2027 fees not yet published. Suite A is a larger full-kitchen kitchen with a separate balcony, while Suite B is a partial kitchen suite, also with its own private balcony. Please note that unit check-in is available Friday to Sunday.

Owner pays closing costs and uses a title attorney owned company in Fort Lauderdale. They handle the full transfer of ownership.
