92500 RCI points at Vacation Village Resort in Kissimmee, FL

This is a luxurious resort with multiple pools and activities located within easy driving distance of Disney World, Universal, Epcot, Sea World, Silver Springs, Legoland, Disney Springs, St. Augustine, east and west coast beaches, water parks and many other Florida attractions. The dinner theaters and restaurants are wonderful.
It is a 2 BR/ 2 bath lockout unit which is like a large and a small unit with separate entrances. The deeded unit is 18108 for week 25 with annual use. The maintenance fees are $1300.
Asking $1000. but I am willing to negotiate. I wish to sell because it is no longer feasible for me to use it.
