FLORIDA SPRING BREAK EXTENSION – HUGE DISCOUNT!
I am an owner who can no longer travel for these dates. Offering this premium full-kitchen suite at a significant discount to recoup exchange fees.

Resort: Vacation Village at Weston (#5773).
Dates: March 14th – March 21st, 2026 (7 Nights).
Unit Type: 1-Bedroom Suite (Partial Kitchen / Suite B).
Capacity: Sleeps 4 (Private Bedroom + Sleeper Sofa).
Price: $600 USD total (Includes the $109 RCI Guest Certificate fee!).


Payment & Security Clause
For your protection and mine, I accept payment via PayPal Goods & Services or Square Invoice.
Both options offer buyer protection and allow you to use a credit card securely.

The Process: Once payment is confirmed, I will immediately add your name to the RCI reservation and email you the official Guest Certificate for check-in.

MANDATORY ON-SITE FEES (Paid Directly to Resort):
The following fees are not included in the $600 price and will be collected by the resort at check-in:

Resort Fee: $50.00 USD per unit, per week.
Security Deposit: $150.00 USD refundable deposit (Credit Card only).
Housekeeping: Potential $45.00 USD fee for 1-Bedroom units.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS & RESORT POLICIES:
Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 21+ years of age to check in.
Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests per suite strictly enforced.
No Pets: Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted.
100% Smoke-Free: No smoking in units or on balconies.
Parking: Limited on-site; no trailers, RVs, or boats.

BOOKING PROCESS:
Once payment is confirmed (PayPal Goods & Services preferred), I will need your full name (as on ID), address, and phone number.
I will immediately issue the RCI Guest Certificate in your name.
I will email you the official RCI confirmation for your check-in.
Note: Because this is a last-minute transfer, all sales are final once the Guest Certificate is issued.
