Val Chatelle is an older timeshare. Very large units and have parking for two cars, one in the single car garage, the second car can be parked in the driveway.

There are two bedrooms plus a loft area with twin beds, sleeps up to 8. This is a townhouse style of unit. The second floor has a bedroom with king bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is an additional full-sized bathroom on the second floor and a loft area with twin beds. The loft is accessed via a circular staircase.

The main floor has a full kitchen, very well equipped, even has a popcorn maker and a crockpot.
There is a full sized washer and dryer near the kitchen, and a half bath in the hallway.
There is also a gas fireplace in the living area and a hot tub on the patio outside.
Living room has a sofa sleeper.
