The Grand Luxxe Residence is the newest addition to the Grand Luxxe portfolio. The Grand Luxxe Residence one bedroom loft is a spectacular 1611 square foot two floor unit. This gorgeous two-story space has a first floor featuring a gourmet kitchen, dining table, large living room with two sleeper sofas and a full bathroom with shower. The second floor features a bedroom with king-size bed, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Off the first floor there is a private terrace with plunge pool and a small private balcony.

Enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop Grand Luxxe Residence Sky Garden pool surrounded by lounge beds, as well as food and beverages from Fresh Co Sky Garden Restaurant.
