• Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in private main bedroom, Queen pull-out sofa in living room, and two Twin beds in the upstairs loft (sleeps 6 total).
• Kitchen: Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and cookware.
• Resort Amenities: Complimentary weekend ski shuttle to Loon Mountain lifts (Saturday/Sunday), indoor pools, hot tubs, and an on-site game room.
• Policies: Strictly no pets. Unit is for personal/family use only and may not be commercialized, subleased, or advertised for resale.

Rental Details & Pricing
• Dates: Friday, February 12, 2027 – Friday, February 19, 2027 (Fixed Peak Week)
• Price: $2,100 total (Includes all resort taxes and utilities—no hidden fees).

Booking & Payment Terms
1. Deposit: 50% ($1,050) non-refundable deposit due immediately to secure the reservation.
2. Final Balance: Remaining 50% ($1,050) due on or before December 14, 2026.
3. Guest Certificate: Upon deposit receipt, the guest certificate will be officially placed in the Renter's name and the confirmation forwarded to you.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60+ days prior (by December 14, 2026) forfeit the initial deposit but release the final balance. No refunds for cancellations within 60 days of check-in.
