Two free weeks, maintenance fees paid through 2027

Two one-bedroom, units, that can be used as one single bedroom unit (sleeps 4) for two weeks, or as two paired units for a single week. For many years we used the two single-bedroom units for one week wonderful summer vacation with our three children at Loon Mountain, in Lincoln NH, at the edge off the Kancamagus Highway, through the White Mountain State Park and the Franconia Notch State Park.

When our children grew older, we traded our two weeks of travel to other time-share destinations for two weeks at a time. Now that our children have children, our travel destinations are centered around our grandchildren and do not fit with timeshare destinations. We are happy to pass on our two weeks.

We have paid 2026 maintenance fees, $1061.57 per unit, so nothing is due until 2027.
