Unlike most listings where you start with an empty tank, this contract comes with two pre-booked 2027 prime-season weeks already locked in. The new owner can choose to:
1. Rent them out: Easily resell these high-demand weeks for 1.5x to 2x the maintenance fees.
2. Use the stays for personal vacations
3. Cancel and rebook: Drop the reservations and make your own 2027 reservations.

If you know where and when to book, it is very easy to consistently rent out Flex vacations at 1.5x-2x the maintenance fees. As the co-founder of a timeshare rental marketplace, I would be happy to consult with the buyer on exactly how to maximize and rent this inventory.
