FUN OPPORTUNITIES ONSITE AND NEARBY

This resort has enough onsite activities to keep everyone happy for a week, kids & elderly. Really great water park, fitness center, movie theater, basketball court, paddleboat, bicycles, playgrounds, cornball and much more. Some may require a small fee for non-owners. The units are well-maintained, with full kitchen, TV's, A/C, and a large walk-in shower. There are restaurants onsite as well as a convenience store. A fully stocked Walmart is within easy walking.
However, Orlando is a world-renowned tourist destination, so you are probably not intending to just stay within the resort. The area is full of fun things to do and specialty places to eat at. There are several top class theme parks, and Disney World alone could take a week to explore. All you need is money. The resort offers shuttle service to, at least Disney.
Alternatively, there are a few conservation or environmental sites nearby. We have always enjoyed walking through them as a respite from the hectic tourist areas. There are also some good antique shops in nearby towns.
