The deluxe units are all corner units and are the largest on property, with a lanai on the studio side as well as the 1BR side. There are 24 on property and located in buildings 2 & 3.

This 2BR Lock-off can be split into two weeks of vacation time, exchanged on Interval, or rented out.

Buyer pays closing costs of approx. $837.50. Escrow is approx. 60 days and title transfer another 4 weeks. Buyer to also reimburse seller their 2026 maintenance fees through close of approx. $4800.
