Unable to use our timeshare this year, that was reserved 12 months in advance, so we are offering it for the great price of $3000, which is less then our yearly fees! This ocean view villa, located at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas, which is often called the South Resort, is approximately 1200 sq feet and consists of a one bedroom villa combined with a studio, and will sleep up to 8 people if you use the two sofa beds. There is 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenett, as well as a washer and dryer. The resort is on a great beach, that is usually great for snorkeling! Guests of owners receive free self parking, and use of the complimentary shuttle bus you can take to around the Whalers Village area. The only mandatory fee you would be charged at the resort is the Hawaii State Occupancy Fee, which for this size unit will probably be approximately $35 a night. Directly north of this resort are the Westin sister resorts, The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North, and a little further north is the Westin Nanea, which you can normally use the pools at any of these resorts. Since this is a timeshare, and not a hotel, they do not supply. daily room cleaning. They do supply a one time mid week tidy, which mainly consists of new towels and taking the trash out. Just as an FYI, this timeshare is not associated with The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Kaanapali. Must be 25 years old. No group parties please. No pets allowed, and no smoking.
