This is a Building 43 Villa with Private Pool, Hot Tub, and Grill in an amazing lush private gated courtyard. This villa has a floor plan that provides 3 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large living room, and fully stocked kitchen. Note that this villa has a different second floor plan than other villas that only provide a large single bedroom upstairs with a removable partition that creates two bedrooms with reduced privacy. This villa has two bathrooms upstairs, large laundry area, and 2,850 square feet. In addition, this villa provides a private Hot Tub in the gated pool patio. Villa includes TVs in all three bedrooms and in the living room. Complimentary internet access is also provided. Master bedroom french doors open to lush courtyard with views of the private pool and waterfall. Villa includes access to all Westin St John Resort amenities.
