FREE Westin St. John 2BR Loft – Seller Pays Closing + 2027 Fees

FREE deeded ownership at Westin St. John Resort Villas – Bay Vista.

2-bedroom loft villa, sleeps 8, Platinum Season, floating weeks 19–33, even-year usage. Next use is 2028.

Seller will pay all closing and transfer costs through Timeshare Closing Services (currently quoted at $1,124) AND the full 2027 maintenance fee.

Buyer therefore pays nothing to acquire the ownership and no maintenance fees in 2027. Current annual maintenance fee is approximately $2,200. Buyer assumes annual maintenance fees beginning thereafter.

2026 usage has already been used. Ownership is paid in full and all current maintenance fees are paid.

This is deeded Bay Vista ownership. It is not a Vistana Signature Network (VSN) membership, and StarOptions do not transfer with the resale.

We recently enjoyed our 2026 stay and are simply ready to transfer the ownership to someone who will use it. Professional transfer will be handled through Timeshare Closing Services.
