Week 28 - July Every Year - 4 Bedrooms

Hello. This unit is spectacular. 2,500 sq ft. It is two stories with a lockout. Bottom and top units are both 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that each sleep 6 privately. You can rent out or exchange one and use the other, or exchange them both separately. I'm not using this enough, and I don't want to take time to try to sell it for much. Cost $40,000 originally. I am only asking for $200 to cover closing/transfer costs.

This can get deposited into RCI for TPUs (36 annually) in case you can't use it a certain year. Or use a 2-bedroom unit and rent out or deposit the other 2-bedroom unit. You also receive two free bonus weeks every year from RCI, whether you deposit or not. Or exchange it with others such as Interval International or Trading Places.
