Woodstone at Massanutten
FREE, SLEEPS 12, MASSANUTTEN
Seller to pay all closing costs! This can be so much more than a once-every-three-years vacation! When we bought this lock out unit, we also subscribed to RCI ($109). We banked the partial kitchen unit (K, 2T, QSS) and stayed in the full kitchen unit (K, 2T, QSS), which also has a balcony and fireplace. We eventually banked enough points to trade into Disney's Wilderness Lodge (Yeah!) and Outer Banks Beach Club a few years late. BUT, we were also able to rent a week at Massanutten every off year through RCI for $159 even during SKI SEASON. Yep! That is the price to rent at your home resort through RCI. So we vacationed in Massanutten every year for less than $600. This is the most affordable way to do timeshares! Play the system, y'all! You deserve it!Things to do at Massanutten in late April:-Hike in Shenandoah National Park or drive along Skyline Drive and enjoy the wild flowers! You might even glimpse a bear! (from afar, of course)-Mountain bike on the trails--Hoo Yah! Trails are open!-Enjoy the outdoor waterpark--It's open!-Tube down the Shenandoah River--water's refreshing...okay, its cold, but refreshing!-Hit the driving range or golf course (9 holes or 18, up to you!)-Shop the local farmer's markets--can't beat locally baked breads or first tomatoes of the season!-Visit Cross Keys Vineyard (views will transport you to France, and the wine is pretty good too!)-Visit Pale Fire Brewery and Three Notch'd Brewery (no arm twisting necessary!)-Visit the White Oak Lavender Farm and the petting Zoo (BONUS: you can sip a wine slushies while you do it)-Grab brunch at Thunderbird Cafe (Trust me and the thousands of USA Today readers who voted it best in the country!)-Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets because there is no where else in the country that beats 'em...and that's a promise!
