These lockout units can sleep up to 12 people and can be used as one spacious four-bedroom unit, or separated into two two-bedroom units, with full privacy. Each unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in one and two twins in the other, two bathrooms. a whirlpool tub, fireplace and deck. One unit has a full kitchen and second has a partial kitchen. "Home Week is mid-July with a Friday Saturday or Sunday check in and must be reserved through RCI 13 months in advance. Next available "Home Week" would be for check in July 14-15-16, 2028. Seller will pay 2026 maintenance fee of $1,255 and closing costs. The annual points transferred to RCI if the "Home Week" is not used is 137,000 transferred in November each year.
