Giving away my paid-off deeded ownership at Woodstone Meadows at Massanutten Resort in Virginia.

Annual fixed Week 41 – October/fall season
Woodstone Luxury F/P lockoff – two 2-bedroom sides
Maintenance fee: $1,255/year
Purchase price: $0
Balance: $0 – paid in full and current

The lockoff can be deposited with RCI as two separate 2-bedroom deposits. My recent deposits have received approximately 13 RCI Deposit Trading Power (DTP) per side, for approximately 26 DTP total per year. This provides good flexibility for RCI exchanges. RCI determines trading power at the time of deposit, so future DTP is not guaranteed.

Seller will pay reasonable deed preparation, resort transfer, and recording costs for a straightforward transfer to a qualified new owner.

Buyer assumes future annual maintenance fees.

My existing RCI membership and previously deposited RCI trading power are not included in the transfer.
