The new owner is welcome to use my week 32 Aug 8-15'26 in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for reimbursement of the maintenance fees. The following year, in 2027, the 2027 use week will be available for you.

Many weeks in the RCI system can exchange from 3 Trading Power, up, to 60, so you have the potential to exchange into many different resorts if depositing your week for Trading Power.

These are great beach weeks as well as Disneyland weeks!

Walking distance to Toy Story Parking Lot where shuttle is free and comes and goes every 15 minutes to and from the resort, save your walking feet for the resort!

It is a Saturday to Saturday resort.

The weeks 25-35 are Fixed Prime summer season week owners.

After the ownership title changes into your name, you would have owner bonus time available to you and any deeded owners, on availability, at Dolphin's Cove and the other affiliated resorts within the Preferred Status Exchange group of Wyndham. Havasu Dunes Resort at Lake Havasu and Plaza Resort and Spa, Palm Springs (great Coachella location).

Only deeded owners can check-in at Dolphin's Cove for owner bonus time. Owners can let other guests check-in at the other 2 affiliated properties.

Once an owner does the check-in at Dolphin's Cove, they can put other guest's names on the week to get keys. A great feature when using multiple units.

Lead time for owner bonus time varies per resort, 14 - 21 days or more before check-in, on availability. Owner services can tell owner bonus time cost and lead time per resort. The cost is very good for owner bonus time.

These would be considered short notice stays, because owner bonus time is resort availability to the owners that has not been reserved, checking in within a few weeks of staying.
