This is a rare Lake Tahoe summer week that includes July 4th. The resort is located at 180 Elks Point Road in Zephyr Cove, close to South Lake Tahoe, beaches, casinos, restaurants, hiking, and lake activities.

The 3-bedroom suite is a larger condo-style unit with a full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, fireplace, balcony/patio, and sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. This reservation is for a mobility-accessible unit with a roll-in shower.

Rental terms:
Payment due at signing of rental agreement. Once payment is received, I will add the renter’s name to the reservation and provide the updated guest confirmation. Renter is responsible for resort rules, incidentals, damages, and any charges made during the stay. Rental is non-refundable once the guest certificate/reservation transfer is completed, unless I am unable to provide the confirmed reservation.
