February annual anniversary. Account is fully paid off - no loan. Annual maintenance dues = $7,933.09 paid quarterly.

Account will transfer to new owner with:

85,000 credits to borrow

New owner pre-pays the $399 transfer to me. (This is the total cost to new owner.)

I can handle the transfer directly with WorldMark at no cost, or will cooperate with the transfer agent of buyer's choice at buyer’s cost.

WorldMark transfers are taking about 6 months. The account should transfer by July, 2026. Seller offers unique opportunity of immediate access to WorldMark for cash bookings as guest of seller.

I used this ownership as a summer vacation condo on the Oregon beach and a ski condo during the winter.

My WorldMark ski condo this winter has a 5-minute free shuttle to the ski resort.
