10,000 Worldmark annual renewing credits with 10,000 available now through July 2028 (maintenance fee already paid) plus 10,000 available to borrow, for use at any Worldmark resort. 10,000 will book one week in a 2-bedroom unit at their five star resorts. I have been a Worldmark owner for 27 years; this membership has served our family well but the kids are grown and I am getting too old to travel. We have booked over a half million credits during those years, as well as taken advantage of their “special offerings”: Bonus Time, Monday Madness and Inventory Specials, allowing us to book vacations at a reduced rate without using our credits. Our membership is a July anniversary though the anniversary date will be adjusted to your date if you are currently a Worldmark member. Our maintenance fees are 1,248.54 annually, and can be paid monthly or quarterly, somewhat lower if you are a current Worldmark owner. Credits are offered for free; buyer is requested to pay the $399 Worldmark transfer fee while I’ll pay the escrow company fees.
