FREE WorldMark by Wyndham ownership transfer.

I am offering my WorldMark membership to someone who would like to take over the ownership.

- Approximately 6,000 annual credits
- Ownership is paid in full
- No loan balance
- Established WorldMark ownership
- Current maintenance fees are approximately $84.50 per month
- Purchase price: FREE ($0)

I am no longer using the membership enough to justify continuing to pay the maintenance fees, so I would like to permanently transfer the ownership to someone who can use and enjoy it.

The transfer must be completed through the official WorldMark ownership transfer process so that the new owner becomes the legal owner and I am formally released from future ownership and maintenance-fee obligations.

I am willing to discuss the transfer process and reasonable transfer costs with a serious interested party. Worldmark currently charges $399.00 for the transfer
