We are offering our annual Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek ownership contract with 225,000 Presidential Reserve points.

Ownership Details

• Home resort: Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort
• Annual allocation: 225,000 points
• Use year: January 1–December 31
• Current maintenance fees: Approximately $2,027 annually, or $169 per month
• Buyer-paid closing costs: Approximately $350, plus Wyndham’s $399 transfer fee

This contract carries the Presidential Reserve designation. Buyers should confirm with Wyndham which Presidential Reserve reservation and inventory-access privileges apply after resale transfer.

If you already have a Wyndham account, these points will be added to your existing account as resale points. The ownership provides advance reservation access at Bonnet Creek during the applicable home-resort booking window. Reservations at other participating Club Wyndham resorts generally open 10 months before check-in, subject to availability and program rules.

Closing and Transfer

We use LT Transfers, an independent closing company, to prepare the documents and coordinate the transfer. We have used them for previous sales and have been pleased with their service. We are not affiliated with the company.

Once we agree to proceed, we will prepare a purchase agreement for your review and signature. Please provide the full legal names of everyone who will appear on the deed, along with your mailing address, email address, and phone number.

After the agreement is signed, LT Transfers will provide payment instructions, coordinate verification of the ownership details, prepare and record the new deed, and submit the transfer documents to Wyndham. Any purchase funds will be handled through escrow according to the closing agreement and released after the transfer is complete.

We will cooperate with the closing company to obtain the estoppel information confirming the points and maintenance fees associated with this contract. Both parties will be copied on correspondence throughout the process.

Please allow approximately 2–4 months for completion, although processing times may vary.
