Club Wyndham Select Points at Canterbury San Francisco, CA

We have 1,348,000 Annual Use Year End December 31. My Contract is UDI, Annual Maintenance Fees of $6,039. The Deed is in our Trust with Four Owners - all family. We would like to find new Owners that would agree to 50 / 50 split of Escrow Transfer fees. We have enjoyed our stays at Canterbury as well as using these Points at other Club Wyndham Select Properties.

We also have 1,000,000 Presidential Reserve Points at Club Wyndham Park City, Utah, which we will also be selling. At this time, that Listing has not yet been posted. Our Park City also is Annual Use Year End December 31st. That Deed / Contract is also UDI with Annual Maintenance Fees of $5,600. This is a great resort with a Chair Lift right outside resort door. Beautiful location which has given us many years of enjoyment.
