- You are NOT REQUIRED to take a tour or attend a sales presentation. Marketing desk staff can be very pushy, just say NO if you don't want to waste your precious vacation time.

- The resort does not allow bicycles, scooters, or skateboards inside the building.

- Payment may be made via Paypal, Zelle, or a major Credit Card (except Amex)

- You must be 24 or older and have a major credit card to check in

- A $250 deposit hold for incidentals will be placed on the credit card which will be released after check-out, but nothing will be charged, unless there is a damage to Resort property

- No smoking is permitted at the resort. There is a $300 fine for smoking in the unit or common areas.

- All of the units are generally furnished in the same manner as depicted in the pictures

- Views are not guaranteed

- The actual villa is assigned upon check-in and the views can vary from the photos

- Valet Parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $65 for compact vehicles less than 181 inches, $85 for vehicles over 181 inches like SUVS. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $105 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $15 per re-entrance. Additionally, the garage reserves the right to park certain cars depending on their make or model (no luxury cars, no Tesla truck, nor oversized)

- All sales are FINAL and non-refundable

- Remember, when you book this, you are going in as a "Guest of Owner". Please note: Guests are expected to comply with all the resort policies. Failure to do so will result in fines as imposed by Wyndham and or loss of reservation in which case we cannot offer any refunds




The Next Steps:

50% deposit $800 is to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due immediately upon receiving the confirmation email. Failure to pay the final balance within 48 hours will result in reservation cancellation and $250 cancelation fee from the deposit will be deducted.

Please send us the name and address (as printed on a government-issued photo ID) of the Guest over 24 years of age who is to check in at the Resort, along with the home address, email address, and contact information for the Guest. The reservation will be placed in that name and an email confirmation will be forwarded to your email address. We request guest info to be in the same name as the person paying for this vacation and all guest information to be sent to us with the deposit payment.
