PAHIO Shearwater deeded - not converted to Wyndham

With the closing of Kauai Beach Villas and the end of our multiple weeks there, we no longer want to retain our two PAHIO Shearwater (not converted to Wyndham) deeds. There are one even year and one odd year ground floor deeds. We understand that many Hawaii weeks are free. We’re not there yet. If you understand why Shearwater is worth more than nothing, feel free to start a conversation with me. The even year reservation is unit 110 with check in Thursday 10/08/2026. The asking price was set to winnow out non-serious inquiries. The MFs are 2025 actual. Haven't received 2026 MF bill yet.
PAHIO deeded owners can submit reservation requests 16 months ahead and receive confirmed reservations (unit number and date) at 14 months which is an advantage for owners who plan to use and can plan ahead.
