1,140,000 Club Wyndham Points (Home Resort: Reunion at Orlando, Florida)

This resort has an on-site waterpark, mini golf, tennis courts, playgrounds, restaurants, bike rentals and an array of activities to keep everyone in your party entertained.

When owning Club Wyndham points, you can use the points to travel anywhere in the Club Wyndham network of resorts. That's about 150+ places you can visit using these points.

This is an annual use year contract with 1,140,000 deeded points. Annual Maintenance Fee comes out to approx $10,420. My wife and I own this contract personally. We will use a closing company to handle the paperwork and transfer process. Buyer's to pay for closing costs of about $350 and Wyndham Transfer fees of $399.
