1,140,000 Club Wyndham Points (Home Resort: Reunion at Orlando, Florida)

When owning Club Wyndham points, you can use the points to travel anywhere in the Club Wyndham network of resorts. That's about 150+ places you can visit using these points. In addition, you can use these points to book from the RCI exchange that boasts more than 3000+ resorts worldwide.

This is an annual use year contract with 1,140,000 deeded points. Annual Maintenance Fee is approx $10,420. My wife and I own this contract personally. We will use LT Transfer to handle the paperwork and transfer process. Buyer's to pay for closing costs of about $350 and seller will cover the Wyndham Transfer fees of $399. Wyndham is taking roughly between 3-5 months in most cases for the entire process of the transfer. Sellers will keep the maintenance fees current until the new Buyers take over the ownership.

Home Resort: Although Wyndham vacation ownership points can be used at any of the 150+ Wyndham resorts, for the Deed purposes, the "home resort" of this ownership is at Reunion Resort in Orlando, Florida
