(PLEASE NOTE: this is our annual timeshare reservation, so we cannot change these dates nor offer any additional ones). - Barrier Island's Ocean Pines Beach Resort (1445 Duck Road, Duck, NC) - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths - Sleeping space for 6 persons (1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 double sofabed) - Full kitchen; clothes washer and dryer - 3-floor unit with outdoor balcony facing toward ocean (limited view of water) with patio set; attached pictures are representative stock photos, but NOT of our specific unit. - Indoor pool, tennis court, playground, basketball court. - Walking distance to Currituck Sound with pier for relaxing, fishing, or launching canoe - Convenient to main area of Duck, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Wright Bro.s Memorial and more beyond. - See attached resort map; our unit is in Section C (bottom-right of map) - No smoking, no pets (sorry) in the unit. -Resort website: http://www.oceanpinesresort.com/ More Details: - Stay in a quaint, traditional/rustic, beach townhouse for about the price of a hotel room, perhaps even less, but much more comfort. - The ocean is just over the sand dune from your unit for calm sunrises, and lots of sand and surf fun; uncrowded beach. - Only a few minutes' stroll away to the Currituck Sound, where you can view the beautiful sunsets and even fish from the resort's long soundside pier. -Full use of facilities which include indoor pool with jacuzzi, tennis courts, small fitness room, sauna, gameroom (arcade and billiards), shuffleboard, volleyball court, basketball court, picnic area with grills. -This week is the beginning of the summer temperatures, but before the heavy tourist season begins - avoid heavy crowds. - It's your own private vacation villa - perfect for a family vacation of 6 adults and/or kids!!! The unit has 2 bedrooms (king size bed in master BR; 2 twin size bed in second BR) and double size sofa -pullout in the living room, for a comfortable total sleeping space for 6 adults; 2 bathrooms; living room; full kitchen w/dishwasher; adjacent dining area; fireplace; also has private clothes washer and dryer. - Note that the unit has 2 flights of about 15 stairs each (above ground due to storm surge precautions - standard for the area); exclusive parking for your car in the carport underneath our individual unit. -This is our personal week, which we are renting out due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict; I'm not a middleman or rental agent! We'll sign a written contract with you for transparency and accountability, we have the written reservation confirmation from the resort to provide you upon payment, plus our written authorization to the resort for your family to use our week. I have a newly remodeled lockout unit. You can rent side B for $700 or side A and B for $1400. Oceanfront resort! Sound view from side b. I don't know if can see from side a porch. I really didn't hang out outside on porch w grandchild. OBX is awesome. My son isn't coming now so we posted side b for rent then decided if someone wants both sides they can rent both. This is a fun place to go, location is great ! Walk to boardwalk and restaurants if you'd prefer. The pics might not be updated on here yet. Building 500.

2 bed 2 bath sleeps 6 at peppertree managed by had Festiva resort. I have updated pics of unit for you to see upon request. Beautiful remodel job! Resort has ton of amenities and 3 pools! Jacuzzi. One pool is indoor. Beach w walkway out gate out parking area just across the street We have gone here and this area for over 20 years. Crystal coast has beautiful waters. Resort is very nice. You' ll love it here !! Unit is very pretty and large and one of, if not the nicest I own out of the 12 I own. Just decided to rent this out or it would have been rented in Jan. $1400 is price off tug. This is 3 k online especially in prime time July

Price includes everything – no additional fees from the resort. And below is all of the info you could possibly want to know, and more. The Outer Banks Beach Club, an RCI Gold Crown Resort, has the most amenities of any OBX resort & is one of the few oceanfront resorts. A family place that is super clean, well maintained, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills right in the heart of OBX at milepost 9.0 on Beach Road (aka Va Dare Trail or Rt 12). Can walk to b/l/d restaurants and to get ice cream/pizza too! Beach access is right on site and leads to a wide, lifeguarded family beach that has an (optional) umbrella/chair vendor who even sets them up for you. There is a covered Pavilion with open sides that overlooks the beach to see/hear the ocean if not wanting to trek through the sand. Has seats and picnic tables so nice for lunch. People with limited mobility really like it! Ground floor locker for your beach gear. Outside shower to rinse the sand off. Condo was just updated a few months ago. New living room, dining area, window treatments, and more. 2 bedrooms (King and 2 twins - mattresses are brand new), 2 full bathrooms, sleeper sofa (queen), sleeps 6 total. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables, and the round one is good for cards, games, and puzzles. Starter supply of kitchen washing necessities. Several laundry rooms on site with brand new washers and dryers (free.) Drip and pod coffee makers. Master Bedroom has an extra wide jetted whirlpool Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower. 2nd bathroom has a shower with a seat. Both have hair dryers. Two bedroom two bath unit sleeps 6 people. I was going to use this myself so I had it put back. Washer & dryer in unit, king bed , two twin beds. Very nice unit. Full kitchen..this includes Friday and Sat nights of labor day weekend! Sleeper sofa in living room allows 6 people. Most units here are not oceanfront they are ocean view. The resort is oceanfront. We love it here and love this unit. It is very close to the ocean, the pools etc. This is $50 off my usual online price.
