Let me know if you are interested in a two week rental that allows you to get a bigger bang out of your time & money spent traveling back and forth to Maui. You have two washers and driers in this large unit, so you don't need to pack extra clothes for an extended visit! We had a beautiful view of the Ocean overlooking the swimming pool (see some of our photos from last July). We have owned our timeshare for 10 years and have rented it out several times. Maui is such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit with your closest friends and family. The dining and shopping and the beauty of the island are breath taking with Westin’s free shuttle service to Old Lahaina Town and Whalers Village and a great reef right off of the beach for snorkeling (book your Old Lahaina Luau early with the fresh flower lei greeting, 1-808-214-1013). Once funds are received and deposited & contract signed to protect both parties, you will receive the Westin reservation number, it will be changed into your name and you will be given their front desk contact phone number. I will email you a copy of the reservation changed to your name. The Lock Out unit has an adjoining studio unit that sleeps four and includes a smaller kitchen with appliances, small fridge, stove top, convection/microwave oven, top and dishes plus a bathroom with both a rain shower and a jetted tub, private lanai (balcony), adjoining doors that can be locked by either party, room safe, and an efficiency washer and dryer. The suite has a larger lanai, a very large private bedroom and bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks, separate rain shower, enclosed toilet for privacy off of the bathroom and room safe. It also has a large living area, an entry closet for extra storage or for the guests sleeping on the queen size hideaway bed in the living room, a big dining area with a large dining table and kitchen bar with granite counter tops and a full size kitchen with a convection oven/microwave, coffee maker, dish washer, dishes, full size refrigerator (make sure the ice maker is on when you arrive), cork screw, wine glasses, barbeque utensils, blender, all necessary utensils/pans/plates/glassware/etc. These two adjoining units comfortably sleep 8 and you can request a cot if you would like to sleep 9 guests or a little one with you in the King size bed. A couple of tips, even though they provide an unfamiliar brand of laundry detergent, I bring my favorite brand in my checked luggage in a zip lock and they also don’t have salt and pepper shakers in the units. Load up on all of your supplies at Wal Mart just a few miles outside of the air port or at the Safeway in Old Lahaina (better selection of cheeses). I plugged the LAN line into my laptop and was able to stream real time stock quotes all week seamlessly. 95% of the parking spaces in Maui are at best compact width, so circle every door ding and scratch carefully on the car rental form before driving off and keep your copy. You can fill back up at the Wal Mart which is only a few miles from the airport. You will not be able to take loose fruit like a banana thru their Agricultural check point when departing at the airport. The studio is ~ 480 square feet and the suite is ~ 750 square feet for a total of 1,230 sq. feet plus the 2 lanais (additional 163 sq. feet of outdoor space w/ tables and chairs). Surprisingly, one of my wife's favorite conveniences is the washer and dryer because we don't have to pack as many clothes and if our bathing suit or favorite pair of shorts gets dirty, just throw it in the washer and it is fresh and clean ready for the next outing. We usually keep wine, drinks, cheese and assorted local fruits in the fridge and have a late night snack with a glass of wine out on the Lanai each evening and a cup of coffee sitting out on the Lanai greeting each new day. The Westin has three properties right next to each other, the older South resort (nice water slide and the second best pool side bar/drinks), the North resort (where mine is located) has the best drinks and great fish tacos for HAPPY HOUR each afternoon and the Nanea is a little further walk down the boardwalk to the right. You have 4 different swimming pools to choose from at this Westin family of resorts. They also have 2 tennis/basketball courts, a small on site market, free onsite parking and a workout facility. At sunset, they also have the tiki torch lighting ceremony. There is so much to see and do in Maui, but relaxing and taking in that view in the evening is also what it is all about! This is a beautiful and spacious  1400 sq. ft. 2 bedroom villa that combines a one-bedroom premium villa and a studio premium villa.  Both bedrooms feature king size signature Westin Heavenly beds and spacious spa-like bathrooms.   The one bedroom has a full sized fully equipped kitchen and the studio has a kitchenette.  Both villas have a sofa sleeper, flat-panel TVs, DVD players, a Bose AM/FM radio, washer and dryer and a private lanai.
