Enjoy a summer week in 2023 along the rugged Pacific coastline in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Two bedroom condo is available starting July 22, 2023 for 7 nights. This small, quaint town is the whale-watching capital of the Oregon Coast. Enjoy whale and sunset watching or just relax walking along the beach. The unit consists of two bedrooms with a king in master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living area as well as a full kitchen and your own propane barbecue on the balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Price is $1200 plus a $115 housekeeping fee and $108.64 in occupancy taxes. This is one of the most difficult Worldmark resorts to book and typically books 13 months in advance so if you would like to rent a condo at this resort let me know in advance and I can try to snag a room for you. There are only 2 and 3 bedroom units. I can also make reservations at other Worldmark properties. I have a two bedroom unit at Worldmark Seaside starting July 8, 2023 for 7 nights, $1100 but the occupancy tax $106.75 with a $115 housekeeping fee. The Seaside resort is 103 miles north of Depoe Bay.

One week available in the south building: Owner will consider minimum rental of 2+ nights. August 18 to 25, 2023, Friday check-in, Unit 308, third floor. There are 2 ocean front buildings, and this unit is located in the South Building. I have included a photo of the south building. Amazing ocean front view and easy access to beach! Easy walk to downtown Rockaway Beach that feature restaurants, shopping and historical train ride. Resort has Indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Spacious 1 bedroom unit with 2 queen beds, and 1 double bed. Two private entrances and 2 full baths. The ocean front living area features dining area, partial kitchen, full ocean front view and a double bed. No elevator, however, helpful staff will assist with luggage at check in. The unit for rent is on 3rd floor because it has the best view of ocean! Community timeshare Laundry available on site. Cancellation by renter: renter must send written notice for cancellation by no later than 45 days prior to check in date. Amount of refund to renter is 80% of monies already paid or if owner can re-rent the unit for same amount.
