Parlour Suites or Parlour Lofts are the largest 1BR unit types at Elysian Beach Resort at almost 900 sq feet. Full kitchens along with a Full-size Refrigerator, Oven and Stove, Microwave, and a Dishwasher. There are also many small appliances (coffeemaker, blender, toaster) as well as necessities like dish towels, mixing bowls, pots and pans, flatware, and utensils. A four-seat dining table sits midway between the kitchen and the living room which has a Sofa with Queen Murphy bed sleeper. The spiral staircase in the center of the room leads to the upstairs loft. The loft has a King-size bed and a master bathroom, along with an incredible rooftop balcony. Parlour Suites and Lofts are also equipped with a Washing Machine and Dryer for your personal use.

This villa has a floor plan that provides 3 private bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large living room, and fully stocked kitchen. Note that this villa has a different second floor plan than other villas that only provide a large single bedroom upstairs with a removable partition that creates two bedrooms with reduced privacy. This villa has two bathrooms upstairs, large laundry area, and 2,850 square feet. In addition, this villa provides a private Hot Tub in the gated pool patio. Villa includes TVs in all three bedrooms and in the living room. Complimentary internet access is also provided. Master bedroom french doors open to lush courtyard with views of the private pool and waterfall. Villa includes access to all Westin St John Resort amenities.

This is a great week, great price, great room. Bay Vista is close to the main lobby and parking lot but will also provide great views of the ocean. Amazing, hard-to-get week in a large room 1400 sq ft that sleeps 10.
