This is a lovely resort that is nice and quiet. My favorite thing about it is that the hot tub is really hot and it's in a great location if you want to be near Jacksonville or Daytona. It's not even that far from Orlando but there are no crowds. Flagler Beach is totally worth it. Unfortunately, we have just gotten too old to travel every year so it's better to just let this go before our children inherit it. The price is based on my best estimate of what closing costs will be. I'm really just interested in covering our closing costs.
