The Sand Pebble Resort is located directly on the beach in beautiful Treasure Island. We are just three blocks south of Famous John's Pass Village, which provides; many restaurants, shopping and water activities that include day cruises, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing, wave runners and boats. We are just 20 minutes from Ft. Desoto Park and Famous Beach, 35 minutes from Tampa and just 60 minutes from Busch Gardens. We are also only a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg which hosts numerous museums. The Coral Reef Beach Resort is a beachfront timeshare vacation rental on St. Pete Beach. The Resort is located between the TradeWinds and RumRunners Resorts and is within close walking distance to the best restaurants, beach bars and much more. St. Pete Beach was voted 2021's #1 Best Beach in America by TripAdvisor. I am local and I own this timeshare in Unit 106 beginning on September 2, 2023 and ending September 9th, 2023. Week rents for $1,550 (Saturday to Saturday). There are no extra fees or service charges. There is a $250 security/damage deposit requirement which is fully refundable if there are no damages to the unit. Proof of ownership is available from resort prior to booking and rental confirmation is provided by the resort. This unit is located on the 1st floor (#106) and the walkway balcony provides seating for 2 with wonderful Gulf of Mexico views. . Our unit is a 1 bedroom with king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the family room and 1 full bath. Unit amenities are everything you need. There is a full kitchen with full size fridge, cook/dinnerware, pleasantly furnished with free cable TV, free Wifi, free midweek maid service and free parking for 1 vehicle. You can come to the resort earlier on Saturday to check in and use the beach, pool and pool baths but will not have access to your room until it is ready which is usually by 4:00 p.m. Checking out is the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Property has 2 heated pools, 3 Jacuzzis, elevators, BBQ area and much more. All Check-in/Checkout days are Saturday, check-in by 4:00 p.m. and checkout by 10:00 a.m. Sorry, No Pets. Loft at great location on the gulf. Close to st. John's Pass with all its shops/restaurant. Unit is loft with new sofabed and bathroom and kitchen downstairs. upstairs is king bed/bathroom and washer/dryer. Balcony overlooks the sunsets. Cabanas on the beach.
