This Quarter House rental is for week 42; October is a highly desirable time for visits to NOLA as the weather is wonderful. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite is in the middle of the building, away from the noise of the streets. It overlooks the resort’s beautiful courtyard. The location puts you right in the walkable heart of the city without being in the middle of the party. We used it often to go around halloween to catch the parade that goes down Canal. Eclectic vibe and certainly not a traditional cookie cutter timeshare, the units were always comfortable for a couple. Suggest we use Legal Timeshare Transfers Buyer pays fees - if I remember right Bluegreen has a transfer fee and they're a bit slow - I think it was $250 transfer from Bluegreen plus the legal fees.
