The Unit is ground level with free parking just outside of the front door. Inside, both bedrooms are upstairs, one bathroom is downstairs while the other is upstairs, full kitchen, a TV is in every bedroom, 2 balconies overlooking the Golf Course. There are many things to do in the surrounding area including golfing, fishing, boating, dining, entertainment centers, etc. In nearby Biloxi, you will find world class Casinos and many fine and casual restaurants featuring all types of seafood as well as a variety of menu items. You can take a cruise along the Gulf Coast and to Ship Island. All closing costs will be paid by me, the owner. I am not a Broker, just an individual owner, and have visited the Hickory Hill Villas many times over the years and enjoyed each visit, but now I'm too old to travel.
