Time share at Schooner Cove Villas at Lakeway, Texas available for $1 beginning in 2024. This luxury condominium, which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults, is ours for the second week of January, when the weather in the area usually contrasts strikingly with frigid conditions in the north and midwest. On-site amenities at Schooner Cove Villas are excellent - golf courses, tennis courts, marinas, swimming pool, gym, etc. -- and it is beautifully situated on the south shore of Lake Travis in the scenic Texas Hill Country. Located about 25 miles west of downtown Austin, Lakeway is a resort community with lots of coffee shops and parks, nature trails and greenbelts. We have had this timeshare for approximately 25 years and, while we actually went there only a couple of times (we don’t play golf), we used it often as a highly valued chip for trade purposes through RCI. For a small fee we traded it for week (not necessarily the same one) at many desirable places around the country and abroad that we wanted to visit. Since we no longer travel, it’s time for us to let our time share go.
