Nice updated property near Zion National Park, 90 minutes from Las Vegas, and lots of year round activities. We bought a house in St. George so we don't need it anymore. Buyer pays only transfer fees. First use is 2025. I have a short week on Interval lnternational left from this week, if buyer wants to use it I can make the reservation and get a guest certificate for them. Maintenance fees estimated, havent gotten the bill yet, 2022 was around 700. This is a VRI resort and they are reworking thier website. I haven't been able to get specifics. I'll add those as I get them. This week is usually the third week in January, a high demand week on the Interval International calendar.
