This is a balcony villa that is on a hill with amazing views of the ocean. The living room wall slides open to create an amazing open air villa. Unit 130 is a 1 bedroom villa (sleeps 4) in the E, 'granada', complex just above papa Don's restaurant and swimming pool and hot tub. Week 11 is mid march, the perfect season in St Lucia, and the least rain of the year. The fixed wk 11 can be move 12 months backwards or forwards based on availability for $60.Your first maintenance fee is due dec 2023 for wk11 2024, (was$866.44 for 2023). The maintenance fee has a yearly cap. The maintenance fee per point is also among the best. Interval international allots 90,000 points. I love visiting the resort, but have moved, and it is too inconvenient for me to visit. I have previously rented the resort for $300 per night. While timeshares are not cheap, the resort rents the villa for about $599 plus 20% fees a night, so you stay in a premium resort for a bargain price (866.44/7=$123.78 per night). This is a 39 year RTU (till 2062). Saturday to Saturday. Buyer pays Windjammer $1500 transfer fee.

This is a Saturday - to - Saturday thirteenth week occupancy of a three story villa with private plunge pool located a short walk from the resort’s beach and main amenity area. The villa is on one of the many brick lanes that wind up the mountainside from the Caribbean shore, surrounded by lush foliage. The resort has a 1/2 mile beach with chaise lounges, towel service, water sports, beach bar and restaurant, large pool, concierge desk, tour desk, tennis courts and shops (including a food mart with wine, beer and spirits also for purchase). There are four nice restaurants onsite, as well as bars, and shuttle service is free. Daily housekeeping completely services the entire unit, including towels, linens, kitchen, dishes, bathrooms and overall cleanup. The spa and fitness center is less than five years old and is state of the art. The resort operates a children’s activity club to give parents some free time while catering to children’s needs and activities. New timeshares are selling for multiples of this asking price. The bottom level is a master bedroom containing two beds with its own bathroom. The top level has another master bedroom suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. The middle level has a kitchen, living room with pull-out couch that sleeps 2, flat screen TV, dining room , outdoor sheltered eating area and plunge pool. All levels have great outdoor decks with lounges, tables and beautiful views. The resort has Wi-Fi in the villas and common areas. We have banked two weeks, one expiring later in 2023 and the other in April, 2024 and would consider including them at no charge in a sale so that the buyer would have the option to to rent them, use them for any available week except 51 and 52, or append them onto the thirteenth week to create a multi-week stay.
