Hutchinson Island has unspoiled uncrowded beaches for MILES! This special resort has direct ocean units with double balconies staring at the Sea. November is when the Turtles are hatching and a beautiful temperature, average 75 degrees. Area very focused on our Eco system of sea life and marvelous dining, shops, boating and water sports surround you. Week this year will be Nov 5-12 and Turtle Reef is Sunday-Sunday resort. Resort amenities include resort style pool, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, fitness and club room along with the Private Beach.

Nice November wk in Key West. Best location, walk to Sloppy Joes, Hogsbreath etal. Don't need car. Private Fishing Pier, Scuba and snorkeling boats, fishing charters onsite. A-23 spiral staircase and oceanfront view of race and sunset harbor. Watch race from pier and tiki hut, beautiful!! Great month for Tarpon and Mahi-Mahi. Large 2/2, with large balcony. King in master, two twins in quest quarters, queen pullout sofa. Full kitchen and laundry. Beautiful sunsets from balcony or observation deck. Unit in D Building, watch tarpon, other fish swim into Harbour. Spiral staircase to marina side and large gas grille Can accept paypal. It won't last.

We stay at other HICV resorts but our family likes this resort the best Watch cruise ships depart from most room, NASA space launches, directly on beach, near theme parks, etc. Resort is only 1 hour from Orlando. The resort has a fantastic lazy river with free inner tubes, a huge 4 story water slide, pools, pool bar, etc. Daily scheduled activities for kids and adults, exercise room, basketball, tennis and shuffleboard courts, plus watersport / bike rentals right on the huge beach. Mini golf and movie theater for every age, both free on property. There is a very nice on-site restaurant. This is a lovely resort that is nice and quiet. My favorite thing about it is that the hot tub is really hot and it's in a great location if you want to be near Jacksonville or Daytona. It's not even that far from Orlando but there are no crowds. Flagler Beach is totally worth it. Unfortunately, we have just gotten too old to travel every year so it's better to just let this go before our children inherit it. The price is based on my best estimate of what closing costs will be. I'm really just interested in covering our closing costs.
