This is a great location just steps to the beach and an hour’s drive to Disney World. Enjoy a “front row” seat at the Cocoa Beach Air Show on April 20th. The Sand Bar restaurant is steps away with live entertainment most nights. Ron John surf shop is close by as well. Kennedy Space Center is a half hour away. Be aware this is a small 575 sq ft unit so even though it sleeps 6, more than four not recommended unless you are a close knit family. Television IS tiny. But plenty to do so you won’t be bored.
