Offering our two paid off Diamond Resorts US Collection contracts, one for 10500 and one for 2500 points, for $1 to anyone who would like to pay the transfer fee of $250 per contract to Hilton. We have these under HGV Max. I am unsure of the exact amount annual fees are for these contracts, and what are simply other HGV fees they charge us, so $3K is just an estimate.
