This spacious 2 bedroom unit ocean FRONT unit, is only one of 11 in the entire timeshare complex. The fantastic view of the immense pool area and a veranda that open to the ocean makes this location ideal. This Marriott Vacation Club(MVC) complex is unique because it is located on the resort property and renters have access to the resort restaurants and amenities. Centrally located, all island points of interest are easily accessed. We have owned our Kauai week since 1997. Currently, I have reserved the week beginning on 12/30/2023-1/6/2024, but since we own a platinum, depending on MVC inventory, if your plans requires a different week, I can inquire with MVC customer service to determine if this reservation could be altered. Holiday and spring break weeks are the most in demand.

Marriott's Barony Beach Club is home to spacious two-bedroom villas with garden, oceanfront or courtyard views. The resort's Port Royal Plantation area location is just minutes from all that Hilton Head has to offer. Due to the size of this beachfront property, access to the beach from some buildings may require a short walk. You can walk or ride a bike on this beach which is miles long. Each villa has a king size bed in the master bedroom and two queen size beds in the other bedroom with a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, and living and dining areas. Guests can enjoy four private pools, three whirlpool spas, putting green, shuffleboard courts, and barbecue grills. Marriott's Barony Beach Club also features a world-class spa. There is a U-shaped complex of buildings facing the ocean and two units forming an L-shape adjacent but slightly further away from ocean that has a private pool and water slide and an entertainment area outside with TV's, gas barbecues, ping pong, etc plus an inexpensive bike rental shop at parking lot. We prefer this location because it is more intimate and easy to park underground or outside. I am a Marriott owner for a three bedroom unit in Las Vegas so this is a trade thru Interval International. Redweek.com does not allow trades to be listed as verified rentals but I have rented 3 other times and have excellent track record. The process to rent is simple - send a $1,000 deposit and then I will immediately request and send your personal guest certificate from Interval. Then the remaining balance is due. I can act as your concierge because I have vacationed at Barony Beach Club many times since 2006. This Marriott is my favorite place because of the lovely beach and pools and inexpensive bike rental and many trails to ride.
